Star Trail: If you are opting for Star Trail Photography then please plan to stay late. This type of photography needs some open space and clear sky. It is a bit of time consuming and might go for 2-3 hours, depending upon the results we get.
Once we are done with the Star Trail we will conclude the workshop and return back to Pune.
Things to carry:
- Tripod (This is must for longer exposure photography. You may borrow/rent from few of the stores in Pune)
- Wide Angle Lens: 18-55 mm lens would be the best
- Remote Controller - Good to have for Long Exposure shoots.
- Fully powered battery/extra batteries
- Enough space of the memory card (we will take almost 200 clicks)
- Torch
- Warm Cloths
- Biscuits/Sandwiches (as per your own appetite)
Here is a brief of Light/Star Trail Photography:
This kind of photography is done with Long Exposure settings where the shutter is kept open for a prolonged time. When any illuminated objects moves through the frame it leaves a trail/streak of light on the image and the results are breath-taking. For the Light Trail photography we will be shooting the vehicle lights from a point from where we get a beautiful Zig Zag view of the Express Way. For the star Trail we will be using the same technic to shoot the stars. We all know, we can see the stars moving around the polar stars during Nights. We will spend 2-3 hours and take almost 200 photos to capture this movement. More information will be provided by the hosts on the spot.
Please RSVP Yes to register for this Free of Cost Event.
